If you are wanting a lowland trekking trip that has amazing mountain views, without going to high altitude, and to mix with the local Sherpa’s then this is the trip for you.
You will have a number of opportunities to view Mt Everest, Ama Dablam, visit schools and a hospital  that sir Edmund Hilary built. In Namache you will get to visit the famous Namache markets that are held on Friday and Saturday visit Khumjung  to view the Yeti head and go to Buddhist prayers at Tengboche Monastery.

It is possible to trek this valley all year round, however each season brings a special vista. Rhododendrons in March- May, with the clear skies at the end of Sept – Nov.

Day 1: Kathmandu – sightseeing
Day 2: Fly Kathmandu – Lukla & trek to Phakding
Day 3: Trek Phakding – Namache Bazaar
Day 4: Trek Namache Bazaar -acclimatisation day – side walk
Day 5: Trek Namache – Khumjung
Day 6: Trek Khumjung – Tengboche
Day 7: Tengboche – side walk
Day 8: Trek Tengboche – Namache Bazaar
Day 9: Trek Namache Bazaar – Phakding
Day 10 Trek Phakding – Lukla
Day 11: Fly Lukla  – Kathmandu
Day 12: Kathmandu
